If you need advice or would like to report suspected breaches of our Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, or the law, there are a number of ways in which employees can Speak Up. For example, employees can contact their direct manager, their Compliance, Legal or HR manager, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact our Speak Up service, which is operated by an independent third party.

Employees can contact our new Speak Up service by:
- Logging your report on the Speak Up website: http://vimpelcom.convercent.com
- Calling the Speak Up helpline: 001 720 514 4400. This is available to all employees and third parties in Lao PDR, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year in English.
While making your identity clear when making a report is encouraged, you can also make an anonymous report in all cases. When anonymity is requested, VimpelCom will make efforts to preserve anonymity to the extent permitted under local law. VimpelCom will not tolerate reprisal or retaliation against any person who in good faith raises a concern or reports misconduct. Any employee who experiences retaliation or reprisals for raising a concern should report this immediately to Compliance or Legal. We’re committed to helping you do the right thing.
